Product Information

Mode of Action

Oryzalin (HRAC Group 3) inhibits microtubule assembly and cell division during seedling germination. Fluroxypyr-methyl (HRAC Group 4) is a synthetic auxin that interferes with normal plant cell development and systemic tissue function. Quinclorac (HRAC Group 4) mimics auxin activity, halting growth in susceptible grasses and broadleaf weeds. Together, this multi-site combination delivers complete residual and systemic suppression.

Target Weeds
  • Echinochloa crus-galli (Barnyardgrass)
  • Echinochloa colona (Jungle Rice)
  • Leptochloa chinensis
  • Monochoria vaginalis
  • Ludwigia spp.
  • Cyperus difformis
  • Fimbristylis miliacea
  • Annual grasses, broadleaf weeds, and selected sedges

Recommended Application Guidance

Crop Target Weeds Dosage & Method of Application
Rice (Direct-Seeded & Transplanted) Annual grasses, broadleaf weeds & selected sedges Apply as a pre-emergence or early post-emergence spray at the recommended label dosage. Ensure uniform spray coverage and maintain adequate soil moisture or a shallow water layer for optimum weed control.
For specific L/ha or ml/ha dosage rates and local field water management guidelines across direct-seeded and transplanted rice, please refer to the registered product label or consult local agricultural extension specialists.

Application Instructions

1. Pre- or Early Post-Emergence Spray Window
Apply as a pre-emergence soil treatment or early post-emergence foliar spray when targeted annual grasses, broadleaf weeds, and sedges are in early germination and seedling stages for maximum uptake.
2. Water Management & Uniform Spray Coverage
Ensure uniform spray coverage across the paddy field using calibrated spraying equipment. Maintain optimal soil surface moisture or a shallow water layer (3–5 cm) to activate the residual soil barrier.

Safety & Environmental Care

Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves, goggles, face mask, protective suit) during handling, mixing, and application. Avoid spray drift onto non-target crops and nearby aquatic habitats. Store in original sealed container in a cool, dry, well-ventilated location away from food, drink, and animal feed.
